Creativity, Movement & balance
My creative practice is rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship and mindful movement. Through furniture redesign and teaching yoga, I create spaces and experiences that encourage slower, more intensional living.
I promote mind-body connection and breath work as a way to regulate the nervous system. Weather its to blow of steam after a busy day or encourage more movement within the body, yoga can help you connect to your body and find peace.
Sustainability is a core value and is represented in everything that i do, and i believe in creativity for wellness. Currently, I am planning some ‘Make & Move’ creative workshops where you can make your own yoga props.

Textile Design
I graduated DJCAD with an award winning sustainable textiles for fashion collection, made with repurposed post-industrial fabrics. Using dying and embroidery techniques I manipulated the cloth to reignite life into fabric that was considered ‘waste’. I continue to develop textile designs for upholstery, soft furnishings and apparel, using reliably sourced post-industrial fabric.

Product Design
Redesign is my passion. Transforming an unloved material into a beautiful and desirable product is fuel. I trained with Sarah Peterson, a professional upcycler and renowned designer perfecting furniture restoration and upholstery. With her I learned woodwork and upholstery skills, giving me the ability to take on bigger projects and save more furniture.

Visual Design
Over 4 years’ experienced in visual merchandising and commercial design, using creativity to engage and connect with a wide range of people. Installing a vintage pre-loved fashion pop-up in a music festival in Cyprus, and creating displays with a range of products from mugs and bowls to plant pots and candle holders.

Interactive Design
I design murals and interactive indoor and outdoor activities. Incorporating naturally existing features in local surrounding areas to influence the design and materials. Recently I have applied this to retail spaces, creating points for customer interaction. Creating visually stimulating and accessible environments tailored to different audiences.
